  If I could give this Domino's zero stars, I would. The staff was misleading, unprofessional, and rude. Initially called and was told we were in the coverage area, ordered food, and was told it would be here in 25 minutes. After 30 minutes we called again and were told the delivery would be here any minute. After an hour called back again and was told the order wasn't ever sent and that we are outside of the coverage area. After speaking with the manager and being hung up on over expressing confusion, we will never order from here again. Disappointing customer service.

  Waited over an hour for delivery. Never showed up. Manager is rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time

  The first two times we ordered delivery from this store they forgot the drinks we ordered. the first time it happened the driver told us he would be right back but after waiting 45 minutes we decided to call where the person on the phone said it would be another 15 minutes until they could get us the drinks, due to them being busy. I understand them being busy but with us living 5 minutes away from them it shouldn't have taken an hour for us to get our drinks. They did offer us a free pizza the next time we ordered. The second time they forgot the drinks luckily the driver just came right back with the drinks. We have ordered many more times since then and haven't had any problems. Hopefully, we won't have any problems in the future, since we are kind of limited on what kind of pizza we can order in Fort Lupton.
